williamsburg TRUSTEE’S SALE OF 3698 BRIDGEWATER DR, WILLIAMSBURG, VA 23188 In execution of a certain Deed of Trust dated June 5, 2003, in the original principal amount of $83,407.00 recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court for James City County, Virginia as Instrument No. 030029687 . The undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the front of the Circuit Court building for the City of Williamsburg and James City County, 5201 Monticello Avenue, Williamsburg, VA 23188 on August 2, 2018 , at 4:00 PM, the property described in said Deed of Trust, located at the above address, and more particularly described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN JAMES CITY COUNTY, VIRGINIA, DESIGNATED AS LOT NUMBERED 5, AS SHOWN AND SET FORTH ON: “PLAT OF MILL CREEK LANDING SECTION 4, OWNER/DEVELOPER: JOHN GRIER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY”, MADE BY L.V. WOODSON & ASSOCIATES, INC., RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 35, TO WHICH REFERENCE IS MADE FOR A MORE PARTICULAR DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY. TOGETHER WITH ALL AND SINGULAR THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES, TENEMENTS, HEREDITAMENTS, EASEMENTS AND APPURTENANCES UNTO THE SAID LAND BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING. TERMS OF SALE: ALL CASH. A bidder’s deposit of ten percent (10%) of the sale price or ten percent (10%) of the original principal balance of the subject Deed of Trust, whichever is lower, in the form of cash or certified funds payable to the Substitute Trustee must be present at the time of the sale. The balance of the purchase price will be due within fifteen (15) days of sale, otherwise Purchaser’s deposit may be forfeited to Trustee. Time is of the essence.
